GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supervise and lead the private label, kitting and the Clem’s warehouse area on a daily basis to consistently meet and exceed customer performance expectations while adding value to the strategic direction of the organization.

The position is Full Time, Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:30pm, $40-45,000 per year.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: • Supervision of training, planning, assigning, and directing work in the areas of private labeling, kitting and the Clem’s warehouse and to assist with the fulfillment area when needed.
• Ensure all SOPs, GMPs, safety and regulatory requirements are met or improved on.
• Oversee the movement and storage of materials in the warehouse, determining appropriate product handling, storage requirements and receiving processes; maintain and develop a robust and reliable inventory management program.
• Ensure department contributes to the overall success of the organization delivering on the strategic, tactical, and financial responsibilities.
• Lead the team in daily feedback on performance metrics and complete Quarterly and Annual Conversations to create a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily cycle counting of all materials in accordance with our inventory control program; perform inventory investigations as assigned and report discrepancies.
• Direct the daily workflow and move personnel as needed to meet 100% service levels for both private labeling and kitting and to support the fulfillment area.
• Understanding of Navision, it’s basic functions related to production activity with advanced usage and troubleshooting related to product movement, sales orders, inventory control, warehouse management and eship.
• Establish productivity, quality and safety requirements and measure performance, provide feedback and solutions to improve effectiveness in these areas.
• Monitor and assist with departments training needs based on SOP’s, GMP’s, OSHA and any other regulations to ensure proper technology and skill levels are met.
• Perform all duties required of the staff in the area and fulfillment including forklift and walkie operation.
• Conduct general and preventative maintenance for all technical and mechanical machines in the area. Troubleshoot problems and work with vendors or maintenance to solve issues and educate staff accordingly.
• Lead staff meetings, provide reporting, and present any necessary information to the team or other departments as requested.
• Responsible for proactively providing a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for the handling of products in accordance with company policy and abiding with all safety regulations, standards and FDA/GMP compliance guidelines.
• Schedule all labor hours and control the amount of overtime needed/used.
• Invest in personal and employee growth and address all personnel issues appropriately following our company disciplinary policy.
• Create purchase orders for the products and supplies needed for private labeling and the warehouse areas while working with vendors to provide the best service and pricing. Negotiating skills are required.
• Develop system improvements by analyzing work flow and space requirements and layout to improve efficiency and throughput using lean principles; implement action plans and consistently monitor performance to achieve maximum performance and production requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers by meeting production requirements, resolving problems, identifying trends, and providing consistent feedback and communicating proactively.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/REQUIRED LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Completed a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field equivalent and/or 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant use of Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Navision systems desired.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, emails, SOP’s and other materials required. Ability to write legible correspondence. Ability to effectively present information verbally to other employees of the organization. Must effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, and multiply applying statistical mathematical concepts when needed.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
